The Library Cafe will not be closed with all the holidays the next week. The gym facilities will close Monday for Labor Day. Generally for a week everything is closed except Tuesday but double check.

Jamaica Bay by Land, Sea and Air: A Family Fun Day at Floyd Bennett Field, Ryan Visitor Center, Brooklyn. This is just past Kings Plaza about a mile or so and the Flatbush Q103 bus goes there and starts by Target/ Applebees. Sunday, September 29, 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
The rangers of NYC Parks and the NPS have joined forces to present a special day of activities and events. In addition there will be other activities including kayaking, biking, birding, camping and tent demonstrations
throughout the day. Food vendors will also be on hand.
